Translating functional and technical issues into solutions within the standard software applications of Lamb Weston / Meijer. That is the challenging job that awaits when you start as an Application Analyst. From your specialism, you support cloud applications such as ServiceNow and Workday, combining the operational activities with participating in various (improvement) projects.

What else are you going to do?

• Realising support for the further implementation of technological developments;

• Advising stakeholders about opportunities for improvement and professionalization based on the latest trends and developments on the market;
• Creating functional designs based on detailed specifications of the IT applications;
• Planning and coordinating the technical implementations of IT solutions;
• Monitoring, measuring, reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of IT solutions, services and applications.

Decisive, able to involve colleagues in your vision and a passion for IT. That is what you bring as a driven Application Analyst. Of course you also bring strong analytical skills and you have a great sense of responsibility. In addition,  you proactively take on tasks and you always strive for the best result. You also recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelor level and up-to-date application knowledge;
• At least three years of work experience in a similar IT role, preferably within a matrix organization;
• Preferably you already have experience as part of an Agile Devops team;
• Familiar with ServiceNow and Workday;
• Excellent command of the English language. Do you also speak Dutch? That is a nice bonus.

• A good gross yearly salary between €55.000 and €70.000, depending on the experience you bring;
  

• 25 vacation days and 4 ADV days;

• Accrual of a non-contributory pension;
• Option to work hybrid (for instance 2 days in Kruiningen, 1 day in Breda or Kruiningen and 2 days from home);
• Good travel allowance;
• A bonus at the end of the financial year of 4.75%;
• 8.33% holiday allowance.

Hybrid working is certainly possible as an Application Analyst. It is desirable that you will be working from the office in Kruiningen at least once a week. The other days can be arranged flexibly. You will strengthen the department, consisting of 6 analysts, for 40 hours a week.
