Wat ga je doen?

In this varied role of Scheduler you are responsible for drawing up production orders, maintaining production schedules and tracking the products within the supply chain. In addition, you check the results of the samples for the correct quality and you toggle between colleagues in customer service, quality & supply chain. Of course, you ensure that all requirements for the sales orders are met and you focus on cost control. You can also consider the following tasks:

• Optimal production and capacity planning, for which you are in close contact with suppliers;
• Write-off production in the system;
• Identifying production shortages or delays and proactively thinking about solutions;
• Quality control of production based on product and customer specifications;
• Maintain inventory targets and adjust if desired;
• Checking and booking invoices related to the production process.

Wat breng je mee?

Production seems to be delayed, a sample does not meet the quality requirements and a supplier calls that the raw material cannot be delivered on time. But no panic! You have already spotted these problems and come up with a solution, so that the deadlines are still met. As a Schedular, you get a big kick out of managing to keep everything on the right track. In addition, you work accurately, you have strong communication skills and in addition you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar work and reasoning level;
• Three to five years of comparable work experience, preferably in the food industry;
• Excellent proficiency of the English and Dutch language;
• If you are familiar with SAP (PP1 and APO), that's a plus.
